How can I receive my API Key and password?

Please follow the steps outlined in the registration section.

I have registered but haven’t received my API Key and password.

Typically the welcome email should be recieved within 5 minutes from the registration. If you haven’t got it please email us at playground@protegrity.com.

I forgot my password, how can I change it?

You will need to re-register via the Registration form.

I’m getting back an unauthorized access error. What’s wrong?

Make sure that your headers include your API Key and the JWT token.

How can I request my JWT token?

You need to log in to the service using your password and API Key.

I’ve run out of my request quota. How can I request more?
